Finally,
http://www.spaceengineerswiki.com/Main_Page <- the wiki not every # and fact is perfect, but it mostly accurate.
http://www.spaceengineersgame.com/ <-- check out news on this one for a list of updates, they come out on Thursday with links to videos explaining what's changed. If you don't understand a particularly block look here for when it was introduced and modified, there is ususally a simple video demonstrating its use or what changed.
HOWEVER, it isn't very polished, it has a lot of bugs present.
Example is the memory leak when mining which will freeze the game, any items connected players have in their inventories on their person is then LOST, inventories in ships are fine pending on when the game was saved the last time.
The other problem is desyncs and netcode problems, you will experience ships blowing up randomly, things exploding into a million tiny pieces or items go flying into space on their own if you are playing with block damage turned on.
I therefore recommend keeping block damage turned off in case the developers can sort out this current netcode mess.
