You should use one of the asteroids only world like the one named "Crashed red ship" or enable Experimental to have the custom world named "Empty" to create new world from scratch.
We can add new planets in creative mode, hit Shift+F10 to open the spawn items menu to select the planet we want.
+
IMPORTANT
We have to disable the advanced world setting named "Economy" on creating the world the very first time, load to paste in the Planet/Moon you want, save and exit to enable Economy.
-> Trade stations don't spawn on the pasted planets when economy is enable before pasting the Planet.
DO NOT disable "Economy" if you already loaded and saved with that option enabled !
= Doing so will bug your save.
We must disable economy on creating a new world, it will work this way.
-> So you can fly away from your character and away from the asteroids already spawned around your character to paste the planet where there are no asteroids.
New asteroid will spawn in where the character is so make sure you fly away with Spectator so you can paste at a empty area where asteroids never spawned.
