Jump drive bug?

Ive never encountered anything like this before, in all the years (off and on) that I have been playing SE.

I was just in my Creative World, designing a new ship. I was just trying to add a Jump Drive and when I go to place it in my ship, it changed to a Safe Zone generator. On my menu it shows as a Jump Drive but it is clearly not one.

Is this a bug or is there an explanation why this happens? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The jump drive and safe zone generator are the same "block set".

Sometimes when I use the block sets I accidentally bump the mouse wheel and change the block type when placing without realizing it.

What happens if you remove the safe zone generator and try to re-add a jump drive?

It would be pretty cool to jump with a safe zone. :)
