Yeah, that didn't change. Part requirements are about the same ratio as the thrust output.

Also, I found the damage clearance requirement to be inconsistent between the large-grid and small-grid large thrusters. Weird. But, then again, I would have expected that the power consumption ratio would match the thrust ratio, and half of them don't.
