Report a translation problem
If that isn't the case then check to make sure you can drag from the inventory screens to your inventory. That will indicate if it's a conveyor problem.
Also, I'm standing right in front of the container and have opened its inventory.
Edit: I'm running the game on Linux via Proton. But the issue seems far enough removed from the OS layer that it should not make a difference. Trying on Windows now, lets see if it makes a difference.
It's not a bug, it's not a mod issue.
Cargo containers don't require connection to anything. He already said he was standing right in front of it accessing it directly.
Validate game files, or uninstall trash mods.

2. Have you inserted any cargo sorters into the chain?
3. Is the system receiving power?
4. Is any part of the conveyor system damaged?
The game works. So this is a you problem that you're going to have to solve by tracking down the issue.
