CANT CHOOSE A SPAWN

So, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, gone into the program files and deleted and revalidated files, started new games, unsubsidized from all mods, Uninstalled and reinstalled everything fresh as if it were the first time.

I cannot for the life of me, figure out why, I cannot choose an initial first spawn when creating a new star system. I've enabled, disabled, re-enabled spawn ships, deleted old saved games, the game is fresh as can be and fully updated.

I go to start a new game. Star System. Choose my settings. Go to advanced settings. Make triple sure everything is fine and respawn ships are enabled. I click start game. Choose no faction, and then when it comes time to choose where I want to spawn, earth, moon, space other planets etc, there is no choices and I can't spawn into a brand new game. Just red letters that says there is no spawn points.

What do I need to do to fix this.

For the record, I have close to 1000 hours on this game, have in the past just been able to start a new game and choose an initial spawn pod, but now I can't. I can go into other servers and spawn in just fine, but cannot create a new survival or creative game for myself.

Hi, that looks like you changed the world size ??

Changing a Planet world size can bug the save if too small to contain all Planets and their Moons.

Question :

Have deleted all SE folders and file in appdata on your C: Drive and in the Steam folder ?

Safe steps if you need :

1 - Backup Saves and Blueprints, copy/paste to USB storage key or else.
Saves and Blueprints are here :
Hit the Windows key + R and type in : %appdata%\SpaceEngineers
Goes to the SpaceEngineers folder
C: users / your username / appdata / roaming / spaceengineers

2 - Uninstall the game with Steam.
3 - Delete all remaining SE folders/files in the Steam folder.
4 - Delete all remaining SE folders/files in the appdata SE on your C: Drive.
5 - Restart PC.
6 - Install Space Engineers game.
