Because if that's what you mean, then it should be noted that just about any computer can run a game like that. You'd need a mid-range PC to run Space Engineers at the very least, and a laptop (Like your notebook) is not recommended.

The pirated game of SE that you tried was probably an old version. The game has been actualized, and a lot of stuff was added. The game now needs a more porwerfull computer to run decently.
