Here is an example of how to fit solar panels to a small ship.

I also have many other solar/battery powered ships you can look at.
To recharge your batteries you have 3 options...
1, Connect to a station with its own power source. That can be solar or nuclear or a mix of both.
2, The other option is to have solar pannels on your ship, but it can take a while to charge a battery
3, Have a reactor on the ship set to off with uranium in it. When you turn it on it will use the uranium to charge your battery :)
1) Dock your ship into the base/station and charge using the station's solar panels.
2) Don't ever use uranium to charge batteries, batteries waste 20% of all energy when charging, so if you're going to use uranium, then just place a reactor instead of a battery.
3) Don't place solar panels on small ships, they are heavy and they produce almost no energy even with max sun exposure.
You need 2, one on the ship, the other on the station/base.
When you align them you lock with P.
Yep connectors can me set to "Throw Out" items. But there main purpose is to let 2 ships dock together and share stuff between cargo.
Docking a ship with landing gear will not charge batteries, only via connector :)
Aleready watched it. It does not answer my question
I need a friend to play with
