Respawn at Medical Bay get stuck at 0% health

Cant respawn or anything. Help

Pretty common bug. I've found that if you wait long enough the game eventually "ejects" you from your corpse and your camera gets stuck facing into space with no HUD.
When it does that, quit to the menu, edit the settings of your save and set it to creative, then load it up. You should spawn as alive. Then you can save and quit, set it back to survival (You'll get a message warning you about switching, ignore this) and you'll be alive once more!

I read that as Can't spawn and Michael Bay... Must be tired and past the witching hour

is there a by chance more practical way around this bug? I'm getting it pretty commonly with my dedicated server and having to constantly restart and switch modes between creative and survival is very practical IMO
