In some games that works, but definitely not in this one.

To the OP, unfortunately SE could not run on a system with that type of hardware, a bare minimum to kinda run it would be at least a duel core with 1.8 Ghz an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4 gigs or ram, and that would only work after turning all settings to lowest and heavily adjusting the 'world' settings like number of objects, view distance, etc... Saying that, and at the risk of providing far more information that was asked, such a system could be acquired for under $200, and if your friend plans to do much gaming it wouldn't hurt to upgrade. That said my statements reflect my own views and experience, and the specs I mentioned are based upon such.

im running SE on a rather crapy windows 10 single core its not even suposed to be running games at all but with every thing set to the fastest setings ive been able to run SE just fine

I have a very hard time believing you. If it really is a single, that processor's got to be nearly a decade old.
