Have you enabled Experimental mode? (Main Menu - Options - Game) Mods are only supported with this turned on.
So it seems to be downloaded correctly(?). But the game doesnt "see" even the subscribed items from today.
I there a way to force the game/steam to refresh all the downloaded mods?
Same > share at least one "not working" Mod so I can try.
So, how do we get my game to "see" workshop items?
a few options:
- Is there some other log file, where the downloads are stored?
- has SE a verbose debug mode?
- if the above fails: clean all folders/files from workshop items, so the game downloads the stuff once again -> renaming content\244850 did not trigger a new download
- last: reinstall the game
- not good, really annoying, i dont want that: unsubscribe over 800 Steam workshop items to find out the bad guy - maybe there isnt even one.
Since I am no expert on SE, I need a little help figuring out how to achieve it.
this was the shared mod: (Cockpits with more LCDs) : 1742077477 : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1742077477&searchtext=
Thx for the help.

I seemed to work properly tho I did not tested the block completely.
I cannot play with mods, and you are saying with your game all works.
Congratulations, good for you!
Its like I say: "my tire is broken" and you say "on my(your) car all works fine, so why do you want to mess with the screws"
To be polite: This is not helping.
Obviously there is something wrong wit my installation at some point. Since it worked a few weeks ago, it must have occured recently.
Not even sure, if thats the right place to get tech support
"Not even sure, if thats the right place to get tech support"
No, here you will have help from me (playing since 2013) and the Veteran players.
Maybe ask directly to a SE programmer on the Support Portal, he is the best to know what is going on cause I can't reporduce this "bug" so I don't have any "Workaround or fix"
Open a "Request for help" here > https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/general

Mods are redownloaded everytime we load them so it should update if needed.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850 "
But since the new SE version I never had to delete my Broken Mods in there so why I asked you why you need to go there, my bad I did not specified, sorry again.

Yes, the list of mods is empty. Also the custom scenario list from the workshop is empty. its like forced vanilla.
I have noticed a member that deleted files in the Steam folder and that broke his game so you may have reinstall the game to fix!?
You could try this :
1 - Delete the CFG file in appdata SE.
2 - Verify the game cache with Steam.
3 - Try the game and go to Game options from the main game menu and check the "Experimental" Box right away.
4 - Try a Modded workshop world > can be found in "Workshop content: in "New" from the main game menu.
