Any idea why this setup won't allow Item transfer?

It has Power, all blocks are set to allow conveyor transfer and yes that is an Advanced Rotor.
I don't see why I cannot transfer from the Drill to the Container. I've used this setup before as it is the fastest way to get a lot of ice early

i mean i literally said in the post that it is an advanced rotor, so yes. i checked it twice too.

Yeah, it's an advanced rotor - you can tell from the rotor part - it's square. Also, all the conveyor indicators are green, which means everything's properly connected.

I can see no reason why this setup wouldnt work.
Have you checked to make sure there are no damaged blocks in it?

You could try adding a Conveyor Sorter pointing toward the Cargo Container & set it to "collect all". That should force the cargo through.

Short of that you could be looking at a bug. There is a bug that causes conveyors to inexplicably stop working. The only fix is to exit to main menu & reload the world. Sometimes it'll fix itself if you go off & do something else for a while but you could end up waiting a long time for nothing to happen.

Check that your piston (and adv. rotor) heads are fully built, and that ownership is correct for all blocks.
