Report a translation problem
(I can't remember how many modes there are, i think just two but I'm unsure, but this will allow you to go from strict 90 degree rotations to smooth)
Edit: just checked in game there is 3 modes: gravity-align (stuck to 90), local-grid align (stuck to 90 if their is a grid nearby), and free placement (free smooth rotation)

I like to place a Cube into the soil at the right angle (the needed angle) before pasting a Blueprint so I can aim at that cube to align my Bp with it and that helps me a lot on doing a perfect paste.
