Report a translation problem
Here is one of the reports :
https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/general/topic/false-no-fuel-warning-and-0-sec-with-example
You may add your problem description to that existing report if you want to help.
* Battery
* Control Stations
* Small Reactor(turned off)
* Solar Panel
Looks like it happens in that specific situation so withdraw one in that list and it should fix!?
I reloaded the world again, got the warning once and then it never happened again.
Go add a comment + your vote to the existing report if you want to push on the fixing priority.
Post #1 ^
The warning was a nipple clamp back then and has never been revisited.
That was really annoying but the last straw for me was when some morons whined that they couldn't hand drill in zero-G without the ore flying away.
Did the devs suggest digging a curved tunnel to get to the ore?
No, they changed physics so that ore is no longer affected by inertia and quickly comes to a stop so that idiots can pick it up. Even in a fantasy game, some things should work as you expect them to.
I suppose...I can use up the uranium in my reactor then dismantle it partially so that it will just stop bothering me.
it has to do with power time left.. when it hits 0 it says no fuel.
the issue is, solar panels always have 0 time left when they are working.
if your station or vehicle has a solar panel on it and the batteries fully charge, it will say no fuel
I suggest adding batteries instead of another reactor or other power source because batteries will cooperate with the reactors and charge or discharge as needed and balance the power consumption a bit. If you add enough batteries to power the ship so you can turn the reactors off you'll be able to only turn the reactors on to charge the batteries and have uranium last longer.
Hey, Mouthpiece, do you want to tell us exactly where this is in the priority queue? How far has it moved up in the last year? Last two years? Last five years? How many people need to vote on it before it goes to the top of the priority queue and gets fixed?
Here's another question: how many dozen DLCs are we going to see in 2020 and still not have basic issues like this fixed?
The report is in my first post, tho there are other similar in if you use the Portal search tool
and this bug report got a reaction mark on it > Considered < and that means the SE programmer will fix later cause he is working on the ones reaction marked as > In Progress < first.
For DLCs = I don't know cause I am not a Dev but go use the Portal search tool to find Vote Feedbacks where all can vote on = the SE programmer will/may add to the game the ones that are the most wanted.
Indeed, I'm getting "NO FUEL" when all I've got is solar panels and some batteries near 20% charge. They are not out of charge, nor are they full...kind of in the middle. (I tried this with the reactor partly deconstructed and fully functional but not fueled. Got the same result in both cases.)
So, a perfectly good ship is continuously triggering this warning. No wonder players are irritated by it.
