How to share the complete crash game log on Steam :

It should run so time to contact a SE programmers for help, they may have to fix/update the game to run in your PC or they may be able to find a solution for you.
(they may know something I don't)

the log stopped at creating the cfg file and just before showing the Graphic card DirectX, so it may be Graphic Driver problem = ??
I'll say maybe try a fresh install of the Graphic Driver, that mean uninstall the NVIDIA Driver in Windows, go delete all remaining NVIDIA Driver folders on the C: Drive, restart PC and reinstall the GTX Driver with Experience app.

I did not updated my GTX Driver since a long time and the game runs very well so it may be the new NVIDIA Driver the problem??
To compare with the Driver I use =
Graphics NVIDIA Strix GTX 1050 Ti
Driver I use = 456.71 (not up to date)
Driver date = 2020 09 30

Contact the SE programmers.
There is something wrong for sure because I never had problems playing a Steam game, the SE Devs may have to fix/update the game to run in your PC or they have something important to tell you that I don't know so contacting them will surely help.
