Lining Up Connectors
I'm sure I'm not thinking of something pretty simple, but is there a trick to lining up connectors? As you can see in my screenshot, they aren't very well-aligned. I know they don't have to be perfect, but I don't get a connection.

First and easiest thing that comes to mind, tweak the suspension. You could group them and add controls to the toolbar.

Another solution could be pistons.

Have ride height controls on your cockpit hotbar. Will also help keep things parked until you're ready to move.

I'll give that a try! Thanks!

Downward facing connectors are my first choice for rover docking. Keeps them out of the way and all you have to do is drive underneath them with the right ride height to dock up. You can even attach the connector to a piston to lift the entire rover up out of the way after you dock it.

I also usually put downward facing pistons on most of my rovers to allow them to lift up for replacing tires. It also helps reach higher connectors when parked.

The Height adjustment does work for this design (Thanks for the suggestion!), but I am looking to try a top or bottom load/unload, too. Once I'm a little more comfortable with the pieces, I'll probably get more creative.

I like the self-jacking idea!
