Help - Welder and Grinder Flare blinds me!

Hello, i have the problem, that for me (and some other guys i know), SE is great but the flare effect of Grinder and welder is awful!
2 Pesons (including me) has light-sensitive eyes and after the last patch, the no flare mods dont work anymore and i dont find a way to disable it. (im make only "small" mods without scripts and 3d-blocks etc).

So anyone have a mod or way to remove the welder/grinder blinding effects? or make them FAR darker or a mod, thats still working?

Hi, I don't think there is a Mod for that so I recommend to join the SE community on Keen Discord and ask one of the SE Modders in the "Modding" channels to make one for you, they are very kind and I think one should be able to help you.

i read that turning off post processing will remove a lot of the light flair effects.
maybe that could be a quick fix for you?

We tried but for us no help at all, i now experiment with the "particle"-file

I might be able to have something working to fix this. Time to experiment.

I searched fror the welder, drill and grinder entrys in Particles_B.sbc - i found 39 each about 1600 lines...
But i have NO idea, how to modify them to remove the flare, that also makes my Monitor hare white stripes!

I DID IT!
I find the entrys for Hand Welders and Grinders and changed it. No Welder flame, no sparckles, no flare, no glare, whatever - all i removed!

The same effect can be achieved if Particles_B.sbc file is deleted.

Ive had to sub to like 6 different mods like this one now because they keep getting taken down for some reason or another.

Maybe the devs want to blind us for a reason. Just guessing.
