Cannnot get conveyors to move 0/h2 bottle
My retarded friend accidentally made a few thousand of each bottles and the assemblers can not move the bottles into their inventory on their own to disassemble and conveyor sorters won't do it either. I'm not going to spend five hours moving bottles especially when it takes five seconds just to move one component to a different container. Please help!!!!

Are you trying to move them through a small-grid small conveyor port? If so, you can't and you'll be forced to either re-plumb using large conveyor tubes or move them manually.

Small-grid small conveyor lines (1x1 size) are too small for bottles, and most components. Small-grid large conveyor lines (3x3 size) are able to transport anything. Large-grid conveyors will also move all items freely. If you don't have a complete passage large enough, then the bottles cannot, and will not move.

As for the conveyor sorters, check the white/black list. A white list will ONLY let things through that are on the list. A black list will let everything through EXCEPT for what's on the list. Also, conveyor sorters are a one-way path that prevents anything from going against the flow (except for O2/H2 gasses, for some reason)

Make sure the Conveyor Sorter is set to White list the bottles only, then select Drain All. You'll still need to babysit the disassembly but you should not have to manually move the bottles

To explain in more relevant terms: small conveyor tubes can only support certain items while large tubes are like Monica and will allow all to pass through.

Even cigars?

Especially cigars, preferably not lit to avoid a bush fire.

Kinky!

Assemblers will not *pull* assembled items in to be disassembled, they have to be *pushed* into it. You need to do this with a sorter block. Put a sorter between the assembler and the storage containing the excess bottles, add just hydrogen bottle to the filter, set it to 'whitelist' and 'drain all' - that will pull all the bottiles in. Put a sorter block on the other side to block the bottles or they will just overflow and push straight through. Then set the assembler to 'disassembling' in the production tab, if the sorter is already working the assembler will be full of the bottles already, so hit the 'disassemble all' button and it will start, and the sorter will keep pushing bottles in until it can't find any more. Be sure the bottles you want to keep are not accessible to it. It will stop when it has pulled all the bottles from storage but you may need to manually move the last few from the sorter into the assembler once the sorter is not overflowing.

Rox - Incorrect. Assemblers, set to disassemble, WILL pull in those materials if available. The 'Disassemble All' button is a special that ONLY queues up stuff that is in the assembler's inventory, and nothing more. A manually entered disassemble order will attempt to pull in materials, similar to the normal assemble process.

Marvellous, did this change ever actually get mentioned in the change notes or was it just randomly discovered and discussed somewhere ? It certainly did not work like that in the past. Thanks.

Oh, dear! Someone used the "R" word. As opposed to the "N" word or "C" word. Or maybe even the "E" word. Oh, the humanity! I myself will refrain from using the "H" word. Somebody please call the PC police ASAP.

SO, you prefer to maintain the lowest standard that DECENT folk are then forced to deal with? That says a great deal about your character, and what type of person you are!

Are you just choosing to be biotchy, or is that your innate persona? Lighten up. I understand you're now "woke" and good for you, but relax. Seriously.
