the highest lord in the SE universe - if lord clang is pleased you game will run smoothly
clang is simply based on a "metal clang sound" effect that will occur when one had a moving part (or more) build in a structure. the clang sound will played when 2 grids connected with a moving part will collide - in earlyer game versions hearing a "clang" mostly means the construction will explode or behave strangly due to the 2 objects coliding to each other wich often means something will break (badly)
