1:Convert whatever song to xwm
2:Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Audio\MUS
3:Pick a song to REPLACE with your song
4:Rename your song to whatever you are replacing
5:Remove old song and replace with your own one
6:Play whatever song it was called originally in the Jukebox

there is an old tutorial out there - you can add music to the jukebox list. wich requires duplicating and editing 2 files which makes your own little music "mod"

i had done it once but stopped working on it since the crossplay update:

also was about to add some sounds for the soundblock

had added over 15 music tracks and more then 100 sounds this way
unfortunatly ive decided to remove the game completely for reasons.

Hi, it needs to be Modded, you may ask a SE Modder to do it for you but I recommend to run a second app in your PC that will run your music = that will avoid the Modding part.

You could go ask the SE Modders on Keen Discord in the "modding-programming" channel, they are very kind and one may do it for you !?

I just tern the sound off and open YouTube in my browser to play music. Basically what frag2k4 said

honestly this is what i did over and over before i startet that mod.
foe best flexibility turn off the ingame music and start an external player

Well, thank you all for your answer. It's a shame that it not more simple to add music to the jukebox. It's seems like I have to reconsider making a night club in my server.

sorry for casting some necromancy here but is there a way to do this that doesnt require friends to install the music too, like if im the host of the server cant i just get it to sync them or something?
