Heavy industry not working

Hi everyone,
I have recently purchased the heavy industry DLC. However, steam says that it is installed but the content is completely missing in the game. The DLC logo in the main menu is also not present (all others are). Tried to verify integrity and even reinstalling the game but the DLC content is still unavailable. Is there anyone who has some tips or solutions? Thx

Not encountered this particular problem before, but one potential if time exhaustive solution would be a complete reinstall... Sorry I can't be of more help.

He means if you have progresion in map enabled (where you uncover blocks by building stuff).

Steam was not working yesterday and may be related, I strongly recommend to contact the SE programmers by Email as fast as possible.

Thank you, but this issue is persisting for cca over two weeks. I don't think it is related to steam. Also, I have found out that a friend has the same issue. I will reach out to the support team.
