Report a translation problem
Either use creative or just remove the batteries and put them back in to get the basic 30% charge. Another way is survival admin mode and put some reactors on to charge everything up.
I see differences in flight between creative and survival, so I usually use survival with admin tools instead of creative. But then not actively testing, I leave the ship on a connector to keep it charged up.

Oh! and I delete the Reactor(s) and Uranium when batteries are full.
= the batteries will be full if you paste the ship in survival with Creative mode enabled from the SM if the Blueprint is well done.
