how to charge batteries in cheat mode?
i setup a single player world to test designs. one issue im having is having to wait for batteries to recharge to get the same benchmarks between variants. is there a way in single player to have the batteries fully charges instantly?

Creative mode.

Agreeing with herrschaftg35.

Either use creative or just remove the batteries and put them back in to get the basic 30% charge. Another way is survival admin mode and put some reactors on to charge everything up.

I see differences in flight between creative and survival, so I usually use survival with admin tools instead of creative. But then not actively testing, I leave the ship on a connector to keep it charged up.

I test all my ships in survival before uploading to the Workshop, I just enable Creative in the SM Alt+F10, place a Reactor on the ship, hit Shift+F10 to open the spawn items menu to add Uranium in the Reactor.

Edit

Oh! and I delete the Reactor(s) and Uranium when batteries are full.

But the batteries should be full before making the Blueprint!

= the batteries will be full if you paste the ship in survival with Creative mode enabled from the SM if the Blueprint is well done.
