Pertam Orbiter

Ok, I am doing the Pertam Orbiter part.
Is well designed and a good starting point also.
Basicly its all abandoned due to the dead of the CEO.
All fine but unless you hack everything you cannot transfer ownership wich brings me to my question.
Pertam Orbiter also has a abandoned station on the planet.
Weirdest part how ever is that the ship you can take from the orbter refuses to connect to any coneyor I create at the abandoned station.
Yup everything is standerd I checked.
The conveyors on the ship and landing bay are a s dead as a doornail.
How ever, if I move the ship away from the abandoned station it all starts working again.
Cannot get my head arround it what could be the problem. Tried everything and even kicked the dead CEO from the list. (cannot be done on the orbiter)
Nothing helps.

Any suggestions without having to totaly demolish the abandoned station and rebuilding it?

Is there a faction you have to join? Instead of your own mabe there was a faction already setup.

On you load screen for the game chose advanced options.
In advanced world settings you should see reset ownership, check it.
That should give you access to the station and ship.

Unless it's in trade mode connectors will only connect if they both have the same owner.

That did it.
Conveyors turnt white and I was able to connect.
