Uranium does not spawn on the moon.

For power I use solar panels, using "Isy's Solar Alignment Script", a programming block along with the solars on rotors so they can align with the sun. Battery blocks to store power during the night time.

When I spawn on the moon I drive the moonpod to the nearest iron/nickel/cobalt deposit I can find, dig up rock to turn make iron, silicon and nickel, use that to build solar panels to power basic refinery and assembler during the day, which I then use to process cobalt ore. I then build a few battery blocks and finally build a drill and piston to dig down and gather more resources automatically. Once you've done this, that iron/nickel/cobalt deposit will produce all the materials needed for basic ship parts. You'll need to build storage containers, better refinery, and eventually go prospecting for platinum and ice to leave the moon.

I really like spawning on the moon, it's a hard challenge but fun.

Yea solar with Isys script is the way to go for a very long time. Uranium does not spawn on the moon, only in asteroids in vanilla.

Hi, the Veterans are right = use solar panels.

+

You play at the best ore spot of the game but it is at a apecific area on the Moon where all ores -1 (Uranium) can be found in a few seconds.

+

Uranium at 30Km above that best ore spot.

__

Spoiler alert
(took me some time to find it)

>> All ores at the huge flat terrain next to one of the ice Poles.

>> Here are the Uranium GPS coords that is right above the best Moon ore spots :

GPS:Uranium - Ice:9541.72:175177.81:-110979.69:

Select the complete GPS line and copy/paste in-game to use and find.
(Crtl+C / Ctrl+V in Text Panel will add to GPS Tab auto but hidden)

thanks a lot for your answers, but one more question pls, i restarted the game but with a spaceship this time (between earth and the moon) then found and destroyed a DVDW ship and got some uranium which is amazing BUT now DVDW hate me but i really want to go back to the moon and do some quests and stuff so my question is, The place with a store and Contracts is a part od that DVDW thing ? can i still trade with them as their enemy ? also how can i get good with them cause they seem cool but damn when i saw that uranium reactor i lost my mind :D

I am not sure we can go back once it's done, well I did not tried yet tho another member will surely share if he tried to play as a Pirate.

+

There are about 80 NPC Stations, if I remember, in a world and they are not all from the same Faction so just go to another Moon and 3 new NPC stations will spawn in getting closer.

On planets too but it is faster on Moons because it's a smaller/tiny "Planet" so we are very close to the NPC stations over there.
