How to make a circle using blocks?

It's supposed to be used for minecraft but you can get it to model shapes using blocks. Just remember to use extra blocks to hold some sections together.

I don't know how the edges was done
But when I do it it's not the same, So I am guessing it's a mod, But im still searching for one to actually works

In that GIF, you can CLEARY see how he did it .... when you cant see it you sure as hell need Glasses or something. Three normal Block followed by two Ramps (or the 2x1 long armor blocks) and a normal 45° Armor Block, then again Ramps and 45° and the three normal Blocks.

Center circle = Block > 2x 45 slope > Block
Mid Circle = Block > 1x 30 slope > 45 slope > 30 slope (inverted) > Block
Outer Circle = 3x Block > 30 slope > 45 slope > 30 slope (inverted) > 3x Block

Only 2 of these I don't really know how to make

Funny I am wearing glasses.
Alright I will make it clear I do not know how to create that different slope he has made.
