Creative Mode Paste Orientation Flipped
Any suggestions to fix an issue with using copy/paste in creative mode? I build a lot of vehicles and structures from a similar base but when I go to paste a copy of the base, the orientation is flipped/inverted. I am trying to copy a large station grid that is 1x20 but when I try to paste a copy next to an existing one, the orientation will not line up the same. The same thing happens when copying existing vehicles or pasting from blueprints. When I paste the vehicle is usually oriented on its side, even if I was standing next to it when I copied the vehicle

Have you tried using the rotation keys? {Insert-Delete-PgUp-PgDn-Home-End}

If you have a problem where it only turns 90 degrees move out of the colour block you see on the map, moving outside this block will allow for slight rotations in the directions, you can then move back inand get your rotation right but there is a slight chance that you won't get it completely 100% straight as the original. Hope this helps

Pressing B removes that box and allows free rotation, no need to fly all the way out and back in ;)

OP press the copy against your old structure so it thinks your pasting onto it, sort the rotation, then when ya move it away should keep its rotation. If not B will let you doo small adjustments or (pressing B again) line it up with gravity :)

Yeah it's just a pain to have to rotate something every time I want to paste a duplicate on the same surface.

I'll give it a shot, sounds like the best option
