Thrusters - Access Denied *EDIT* Solved

Hello all.
Started playing this game with some friends, and now that we've finally built our first space ship we're having a strange problem.
Only one of us can fly the ship! Everyone else is locked out of the thrusters, every thruster shows as "Access Denied" in the control panels.
Furthermore, the option to transfer ownership/share the blocks seems to be missing? Everything else on the ship is shared with the faction, but the thrusters can't be shared at all.

EDIT:
So for anyone else who has the same issue, the fix was very simple for us:
1) Open the ship's terminal
2) Ctrl+A to select all components
3) Set ownership of everything to nobody
4) Set ownership back to any player
Then all of us were able to use the thrusters.

Hi, that is what I do in MP, too

Keep in mind that the player owning 51% of the blocks will not have any problems and that is a MP Feature.

A lot reported / complained about this because they were tired of finding their creations changed by other players when they were offline (not in server), so now we can play/paint our creations only or must own 51% of the blocks.

Hmm did not work for us sadly! After setting the ownership back to any player, still the other players can not use it. We can all access it while it is set to "nobody", but as soon as it is set back it is access denied for whoever is not the owner.

I have search the forums for this, and all I see is Dan2D3D responding the same way to each response. I dont get how the devs dont get this is a HUGE BUG and needs to be fixed, it is not just a feature that lets people on multiplayer servers not paint others etc. This makes it so in a coop with 2 players, you are locked out of other players ships, when you are trying to work together and play as a team. There is not function that makes it accessible other then making it none faction, it is very frustrating and I just want to be able to access all of our ships, move stuff around etc.

Hi, I have sent a few reports on this already, a few months ago and a lot reported directly to the SE Porgrammers on the Portal so the best we can do now is to vote on the existing report and comment to push it on top of all bugs front page, well if you want to help players asking for this.

can I ask if you and your friends crated a faction and all of them have joined the faction, why you and your friend didn't set permission faction only?
