Report a translation problem
Then go to the workshop and subscribe to a ship.
Then in game access your blueprints menut F10
You may need to refresh the blueprints menu before you see your new subscriptions
Then select the blueprint and press OK.
Then in game press CTRL-V to paste the ship into the game and left-click to complete the pasting process. Prior to left clicking you can move the ship around to find an appropriate place to paste it. But be careful not to be moving your cursor when you left click or you can impart velocity to your ship and it can fly away.
Try CTRL-B this is the key to create a blueprint and it will open the Blueprint menu.
