Storage blocks.

Okay, did I miss something. I came back to the game after a few months, like I usually do, and found myself unable to play because I can not get storage blocks to snap to other blocks.

Creative or Survival? Got the right cargo container selected? Sure you aren't trying to mix large and small blocks on the same grid? If survival, you have the components to build the cargo container?

Large cargo container.

I am trying to add it my station's refinery to hold more resources. I can easily build the storage block, I however can not get it to snap to anything so I can actually connect it.

Can you place a small cargo container?

If yes, Large cargo container is .... large (3x3x3 large blocks) and you may be too close (back up and scroll mouse wheel forward).

Do you mean that you can't access it from the Refinery?

I can not connect it to a refinery. I can build them and use them just fine, but they do not snap to a grid so I cant connect them to anything.

I would suggest building both objects on a platform

Right now the game has a block placement issue, you can search the forum for it. Blocks aren't snapping to grids like they usually do. I've been able to place blocks, but I have to be very very careful about where I point to do it. Usually it's the corner of the block specifically and i have to move around until I find the spot. Hoping it's fixed with this weeks update.
