Note
I am not a SE Dev but Moderator community helper, game tester and they gave me the [dev] Tag after helping the community and the Devs for years so I can have admin rights to help on the Workshop (Steam Moderator role can't be admin).
I also collect all the most talked about every months on the new created forum discussions to add to my monthly report to the SE Team.
And I do this because SE is my Fav Sandbox game on Steam and I like to help the community of my Fav.
Here is an example of what my monthly reports look like :

That said, it has ran everything I've thrown at it so far... flight sims, military sims, open world... all with generally high settings (...again, I don't go higher than 1080, and if I get 30fps, I'm perfectly happy...)
Okay, so your comments are encouraging. I'm sure my system may sometimes chug or stutter if there's a lot of stuff going on, but chances are, I won't really run into that.
I asked a similar question in the Stormworks forum, as that game is apparently a bit of a CPU strain, too... but they too think I could be able to run that (as long as I don't have a lot of vehicles happening at once, or do huge vehicles).
Cool... Okay, so it looks like I have some options!
So, one more question (again, just to see what the 'current' situation is). Is Win10 actually necessary, or can Win7 still run the current version?
