It's the only critical point I have towards Keen that this title doesn't have a utility provided by them.
The point from my perspective is there shouldn't be reliance on modders or the community for something like this.
I just used the Portal search tool to see if one of the community Testers add it the Votes and nothing at all > 0 Feedbacks < so you would be the first to add it to the community votes.
I could add my vote to this one so tell me if you create it
I will consider my approach towards this carefully as I have a few ideas although in an early conceptual stage towards such a tool.
I'm thinking SEToolBox 2.0 sort of thing.
I see a good few titles with their own official tools even if they are just mapping or modding and yet I dont see such a thing for SE.
I'm subscribing to this thread and will update if or when I add feedback to the portal.
Edit: I would think Keen have something they use in house that they use for world creations and alterations and not just edit raw code.
Do you have a copy of the world that predates the economy version ??
You could roll back the version of SE to the one before the economy update where the SEToolBox works and make the modifications that way then update SE to the recent version and allow the game to convert it.
Depending on how adept you are with script files you could also edit the sandbox file for it.
