A single line of 1201 to 1601 light armor blocks should do the trick.
i mean from my previous attempts i already have a 3km long base so thats a start
Because >> There is a fundamental limit to the number of physical shapes Havok can handle.

If you reach that limit (very very HUGE ship) = you will not be able to complete because the ship will become a ghost and no more block can be added.
All the hard work for nothing, you lose
You could have a look at what happens after reaching the limit :

Tho we can build absurdly big ships, that ^^ limit is HUGE.
I can fly, using the small ship you see on the left, at 100 m/s inside this mothership I made, it's Huge but not at the limit :

It's a good perso challenge tho
On an just to clarify the shape limit is hard coded and cant be bypassed. People have alreay hit it so you cant go bigger than the biggest thing on the workshop
This is the biggest thing I ever recall seeing. 1.5km high and over a million blocks.
Certainly an impressive piece of craftsmanship, and I do like big ships, but I have to admit I'm not a very big fan of this particular style. They're impressive on the outside, but the interior is lacking so it's basically just a big metal shell and I find that kind of dull personally.
I understand the author of this piece said they would have liked to have made a more involved interior. I gotta admire their ambition and it's a shame they can't realize it.
"Fasten all seat belts! Close all shops in the mall! Cancel the 3 ring circus! Secure all animals in the zoo!"
Heh man now I actually want to build that particular ship...
A good part of that is definitely my own fault though: I like my ships interesting inside and out as well as functional and that's caused me more than a few headaches with my own ships. I've scrapped more projects than I ever finish because of that.
