Player Store Blocks not showing connected ship inventory

It seems that people are unable to see their ship inventories when connected to my trade station and looking at the store blocks.
- The store block has "anyone can use" checked
- The connector is set to "Trade mode"
- The customer's faction is allied to my own
- We have connected and disconnected, repowered, etc many times over the past few days
- Have tried with different players in different factions
- The problem does not exist with NPC stations

I did not find this in the current bug reports. Anyone else experience this? Thanks!

Sorry I should have mentioned this is on Keen NA#2 server, in case it's particular to that.

Is the pilot/customer the actual owner of the ship? Ownership matters when trying to use store/contract blocks. Piloting a friend/corpmate's ship will result in no visible ship inventories.

Thanks Buzzard. We tried with a few different guys so it seems likely they were, but I will explicitly make sure of that!
