How do I move the Delta Spectator camera?

I'm trying to merge a cargo lift floor onto the 4 pistons, and I need to line them up perfectly.

Is there any way to move the delta spectator camera so I can position it within the lift to make it easier to move the temporary ship over the merge blocks?

I think spectator where you control your guy is the same one as normal one that you control. Its just your either linked to your guy or the cams controls.

So id try normal spectator, move it where you want then hit the key for spectating and controlling the dude :)

I eventually went that route but I wanted to position the camera right under the floor, then use the Delta spectator mode to move the camera and the player into the right position rather than have a static camera :/
