First I would withdraw the " -dx11" fron the open link > Bin64\SpaceEngineers.exe -dx11

and delete the CFG file to make it reset and redetect the DX of your graphic card.

Try the forum workaround(s) first :

1 - Restart the PC

> Verify the game files with Steam.
> Delete the CFG file.
> Delete the content of the ShaderCache folders. (that one fixed loading problems)

- Right click on Space Engineers in your Steam Library.
- Go to properties.
- Go to LOCAL FILES tab.
- Click Verify integrity of game cache
- When done try the game.

Go to the SpaceEngineers folder
C: users / your username / appdata / roaming / spaceengineers

>> then delete the ''SpaceEngineers.cfg'' file and try the game.

Doing so resets all SE options and controls to default.

I've tried starting the game with and without the -dx11 and even the -dx9 launch option and nothing works. The game is also not generating a SpaceEngineers.cfg file because it never properly starts up.

I've also verified all files twice and reinstalled once. I've updated all drivers and reinstalled directx.

Still, delete it cause not needed, the "-dx11".

I also noticed the " + DISPLAY 7 " = ?

I had this before and all changed to + DISPLAY1 and + DISPLAY2 after I did a fresh installtion of my Driver so uninstalled the NVIDIA driver with Windows, deleted all NVIDA folders on the C: Drive, restarted my PC and installed the NVIDIA Driver with Experience app.

Do you see where I am going, I recommend to try a fresh installation so delete all NVIDIA driver form the PC, restart PC and reinstall, well that is what I would do if I were not able to play my Fav games.

the other thing I could suggest is to reinstall on another Drive for a test, make sure Windows updates are completed and reinstall the NETframwork and C++ to see if that helps.
