When you open the inventory there is the inventory on the left side and an inventory on the right side. Check in the middle, there are 4 icons, when you hover over them it shows the hotkeys.
Let me paste something from my notes:
To add things to build planner:
With welder in hand on unwelded block, press MMB to add missing parts to build planner.
To withdraw/deposit components:
For that to work you need to look at a conveyor port so it's highlighted.
Alt + MMB = Drop all Ore/Components
MMB = Withdraw and update Build Planner
CTRL + ALT + MMB = Withdraw and keep Build Planner
CTRL + MMB = Withdraw 10x and keep Build Planner
CTRL + SHIFT + MMB = Add Build Planner to Production and keep Build Planner.
You can also equip a block (place it in your hands) then walk to a conveyorport and press MMB to get components for the block in your hands.
It doesn't work on subgrids though!
Some of those notes on the build planner are no longer accurate. i.e. With welder in hand you right-click to add it to build planner.
Either way, thanks for the keys, that will help me out.
The one that knows all keys is Dev Xocliw and all can chat with him live on Twitch every weeks so maybe ask him.
