How to install mods via G-Portal?

I've tried installing mods for Space Engineers to no avail. I'm subscribed to every mod. Server is in experimental mode. I've tried editing the Sandbox_config.sbc, Sandbox.sbc and even the Dedicated Config.cfg file with the following -

<Mods>
<ModItem>
<ModItem FriendlyName="MODNAME">
<Name>STEAMMODIDHERE.sbm</Name>
<PublishedFileId>STEAMMODIDHERE</PublishedFileId>
</ModItem>
</Mods>

Still no luck. I've even made sure to add the ID into G-Portal.
Abit stuck on what next to try. Am I doing the wrong process? Any help would be great :)

I'm sure this is long overdue. But here is the answer to your question...and all others that land here as a result.

"Just in case somebody has the same issue. First go to steam, look for the mod you want to install. Subscribe and copy its Id. Go to your g-portal interface, klick tab "mods". Paste the ID in the search field and enter. Select your mod then go back to the main menu. If the mod is not listed on the right side of the mods menu list, then restart the server. After that the mod should be visible. Klick and drag it to the left side. Important: push the save button. Restart the server. Start your game and go to mods section, select your mod on the left side, drag it to the right side. Restart your game. Thats it."
