Edit: but this is just with small grid mining rovers.
But I meant as in static grid mining, like I am sure lots (/most) ppl are familiar with, rotor, piston, drill, let it spin at a low rpm, and drill a hole / pit. Which is no big deal.
But I want to be able to go in and out said pit without flying so I need a ramp. Now ofc that could be drilled out afterwards but I thought there may be an easy way to do it while drilling the hole myb.
("Ramps" / Roads like openpit mines have:

Drilling a spiral ramp like that is doable, but needs a lot of tweaking and some test runs.

And ye I thought it may need lots of manual tweaking if no programmable-block-knowledge.

and here's the version that you can build in survival using projectors that project the subgrids in exactly the correct location:

It may be worth trying.
