Help needed. Ryzen 9 3950x RTX2080 [CRASH]

freeze/crash anwhere from 10s after the intro starts to 5 minutes after loading into a world. i have verified and reinstalled the game and nvidia drivers. All my other games work fine.

specs
cpu- Ryzen 9 3950x
gpu- RTX 2080 super
RAM- 64gb ddr4 3200mhz
mobo- asrock x570 creator

I don't really have much to add other than it randomly freezes... it might un-freeze but usually it wont.

Hi, AMD users are having problems since a few months already, well since the new Driver update > some had to withdraw the grass and some had to install the previous Driver to fix.

Incase anybody finds this thread and has a similar bug, make sure to look for 1-2 of your cpu threads/cores going to max while the rest drop to zero.
