1.189 Slow walking speed

Anyone has this issue? I find walking too slow after the major update. I don't like to run instead, running is just too fast.

Walking is really slow, like half the speed. So annoying.

1080TI, 32GB RAM, etc.. blabla

New Answer to old Question:
Had the same issue,
figured out the following (as I was checking for caps look)

If you press Caps Lock ingame you start to move slow and the CapsLED is on,
if you tab out of the game (I do this to often) and you disable Caps Lock, its
still on regarding to walking ingame.

So if moving slow, check if pressing caps once fixes it, if capsLED is now on,
tab out of the game, press caps lock and tab back to the game.
