Such blurry and unsharped graphic ?
Last time I have played this game was about year ago. There was "normal" picture back then.
What happened ? I have all settings or high or extreme and everything is just blurry couple of meters ahead. Are those "graphic improvements and optimisations " KSH was talking about ??
I've even tried NVIDIA's DSR and I've switched to 2715 x 1527 on full HD monitor and it has not helped.
The game is just pain to play, it's like playing with steamed glasses...

There was an issue with a patch around the time of yhe graphics update that ment some players had to delete a shader cache file.

It could be that because it was pretty sharp for me earlier. I do use the screen gunk be gone mod though. Maybe give that a go :)

Thanks for replay. Unfortunately clearing all shader caches folder didn't help.
Still looks like I would set anisotropic filtering on x1....

play starmade instead then...ha!

jokes aside its ironic how developer improve graphics (which they improved from before) and then people still complain

I do not complain about quality of models or textures !! I am complaining about general picture, that looks like with settings set to anisotropic filtering on 1 without any antyaliasing....

Could you post a screenshot?

That way we can say for sure if somethings wrong or its just how the game looks :)

It's the same for me, still looks terribly blurry. I'm pretty sure it's not a patch issue, unless an issue they meant to implement.

I feel the same way, everything seemed so much clearer last time. At first I thought maybe it was only the new trees, but the lander suffers as well.

I have had some degree of improvement after turning off post processing and ambient occlussion, although still not right.

Do these screenshots describe your issue? Also, your own screenshot is set to private or unavailable.

Here's what the issues is like for me, it looks like everything is smeared in vaseline with graphics maxed out, even the fonts.
Fiddling with options doesn't seem to change much

I have the same stickydude....

With this mod it is better, but still far from what I would called normal sharp picture....

Disable post processing and FXAA. These two make the blur.

Nice so I need to play without AA if I don't want it to be blurry? What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game...
