so maybe you just have to go 8 blocks high and hope they don't find you.
That does NOT sound good. XD
I may have to just farm parts and put more at the surface....not sure...
What is the power for 100% output?
Well, only a few of the people on the server are griefers, and I guess I see it as sort of a challenge, but I don't have a lot of "friends" that play this game, so I don't have anyone to play with and solo play is boring to me.
If I wanted to do solo I would just do Empyrion because at least then there are more NPCs to fight kill etc, so it's more single player friendly.
Thanks for the answers though and nice avatar. I love that old cartoon classic.
ZOINKS! Perhaps I should get my power going, build a Capital Ship underground, then dig it out and fly off into space! xD
This is possible due to how the game checks for clearances by raycasting in several directions to check for obstruction. If you really wanted to mess with things, it's possible to have functional solar in said cavern. Again, just have enough space cleared out in the proper directions and the checks will find no blockage.
Not finding tons of ice nearby. I just did two turbines for now to get my stuff going. I'm just going to put a lot of turrets inside my base area so they'll either have to tear it all out using a ship and mining vessel or they'll die a lot trying to get in one.
A bit late now, but if I have to restart I'll remember this for sure. How many blocks do I need to be cleared out in order to get the clearance?
However, as mentioned they will definitely find you eventually. Too many ways to hack location.
PS: batteries come with a 30% charge when you build them. If you have ready access to nickel you can just chain batteries together, use them to refill your main battery, then grind down and start again.
But need working basic assembler to get the battery charges though and I couldn't get the power going x.x
