Square block places a triangle

I have been working on a project in creative mode, preparing for the new server, now I'm stuck.
When I logged in this morning I tried to place a square block and it gives me a triangle block. The heavy armor square works, but the light armor square places a triangle.
Anyone else have this problem before, or know how to fix it?

I assume you have confirmed that you have not court the scroll wheel and switched to the triangle block in the light armour group?

Nope. I didn't just try once and then go to the forums. I've switched it and switched back numerous times, removed the block from my button bar and replaced it, restarted the game, verified the files, etc.

Some blocks allow you to switch between the shapes available for them by rolling the mouse wheel. Roll the mouse wheel up or down while holding the block as if you're going to place it. I'm not sure which blocks do this and which ones don't. I know the armor and blast door blocks do it.

Hi, go to "G" menu, clcik the show "Large blocks" or "Small blocks", use the search tool to type in the block name to select the one that don't have a " + " icon on it.

" + " icon on the block means = there are hidden blocks in that we can select using the mouse wheel.
