To gain or lower your speed in spectator view > Hold Alt + mouse wheel
Isn't it CTRL+B to create a blueprint from an existing ship? To paste a blueprint open the blueprint menu with F10, select the blueprint you want from the list and "copy to clipboard". Then just CTRL+V to spawn it.
Yes!! Ctrl+B on everything, like Pembroke said, because Ctrl+C doesn't carry over between a world load.
