LCD screen text is blurry

i've tried everything to make the text clear but nothing works.

Try the mods "Eyes just got clear" or the one that removes bloom. These may help, unless you are playing on a vanilla server, in which case, you are probably SOL :(

You're not alone, if that helps any - the only way I could get the text halfway legible was to up the font size and change the font from debug to "green". Didn't help much, but it was something.

Does "everything" include changing the font type? How about color?
Various font types have varying readabiltiy depending on brightness and color used.

All basic fixes, So yeah.

I've messed around with the settings and nothing has worked for it, all of the settings.


I know a bad way to fix this, switch the game to use my monitors native resolution buuut my gpu cant handle that big of a resolution and i've gotten it pretty close to being able to read from atleast a couple blocks thanks to a couple mods.

LCD Text is uneffected by any graphical settings, only the texture of the block itself can be changed. I'm thinking maybe he's using heavy post processing or some kind of mod is causing it.

20 Aug, 2018 = the OP does not have anymore problems with and the game is not the same at all now so better create a new 2019 discussion when you find a old "Dead" one.
