Remove abandoned ships command?
So I was messing around in creative mode as you do and I wanted to go the the green planet which is a very long way away so ofc I use grav drives. Now I got teleported out of my ship twice at around 1000 m/s and the ships flew into oblivion continually accelerating. Is this going to be a problem, it already seems to be causing issues as when ever a Raiding Station spawns in my game has ridiculous performance issues when previously it didn't. Is there a way to remove these ships?

The error messages being too many individual blocks in the world and too many physics objects interacting with each other

These aren't necessarily error messages, theyre performance warnings to placate the PC Master Race who want to know why their FPS is dipping...

It's safe to ignore them and switch the warning system off alltogether if that info doesn't appeal to you.

To find your ship, delete it, or get it back even, use Space Master and Creative Mode Tools by pressing ALT+F10.

In the menu open the drop down and select biggest grids and click next until you find your ship. Once you find it click the Stop Grid button to stop your ship from moving.

Sorry yh performance warnings. And it wasn't an fps dip, it was a complete crash, about 2-3 fps so unplayable.

Instead of just deleting it you could teleport to it and get it back by clicking the teleport here button.

Just saw your reply, in that case cycle through the biggest grids and delete anything you don't want or need, that will help a great deal.
