Report a translation problem
The error messages being too many individual blocks in the world and too many physics objects interacting with each other
It's safe to ignore them and switch the warning system off alltogether if that info doesn't appeal to you.
To find your ship, delete it, or get it back even, use Space Master and Creative Mode Tools by pressing ALT+F10.
In the menu open the drop down and select biggest grids and click next until you find your ship. Once you find it click the Stop Grid button to stop your ship from moving.
