remote control help

so i built a rover, added antenna and remote control block. turnered it on. when i am out of the rover and try to control in k menu, it has 3 icons, 2 of which have issues. player antenna off and wrong ownership. how do i turn my antenna on (i presume this is not the one in the rover which i turned on but something on my person). and what's up with ownership?

turn off or on your player antenna with "o". You can also sit in any vehicle with an antenna to control other things at a longer range (based on vehicle antenna range).

Ownership is controlled in the info panel.

Keep in mind player antena has very short breadcast range (like upload) but can rtecieve from very far (like download). So u end up in situation where you can see your vechile but cant control it.
Small antenna has shorter range than big block antena.
