''low settings: 5fps, 2hours game loading, overheating af''
If this is true = your computer is a real mess and you should get a new one.
Motherboard: ASRock B85M-HDS
Graphic card: Radeon R7 250 with 2 GB RAM
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Harddrive: standard 1 TB disk
Win 7 Ultimate
Bought it in 2014, runs vanilla SE fine on medium settings. High settings make it stutter seriously tho, as i'd expect on minimum requirements.
Intel Core i7-5700HQ
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970M
16 GB RAM
Running from a 117 GB SSD
I haven't played the new update much, but it has always run passably on planets (around 30 FPS, give or take 15), and runs smoothly while building in space as long as I don't do anything phenominally stupid.
on planet with trees and grass 1.5density + 1000meter with big station and couple cars and ship.
Intel I7 6700 3.4 to 4GHz
16 GB Ram 2133MHz
GTX 970 OC KFA2 black
250 GB EVO 850 (SSD)
Running on 2560x1440 Resolution, in Space without anything 60fps (V-sync restriction), on my favorite Map max 49fps, to 0 fps. (at Medium)
CPU load at around 40 to 50 %
GPU load at 100%
Ram is at 5 to 7 GB (for SE)
SSD is bored, due playing and due loading the map.
it laggs, stutters and sometimes freeezes for minutes.
Loading Time for the Map: Around 5 to 10 minutes. Only one ship, a planet and some Asteroids.
Does anybody knows how to slow done the conveyer refresh interval? Activating the Oxygengenerators make the game unplayable... ;/
OK, found the problem. Its the Hydrogentank.
Gigabyte X99
I7 5820 3.3 Ghtz
32 GB DDR4 System Ram
AMD RX 480 8 GB 256 bit interface PCI X 3.0
250 GB SSD
Before the graphics patch SE ran great no complaints at all, very minor single stutter when entering leaving a planet ran like melted butter otherwise. Loading times for maps < 1 min. Earth like planet FPS at Max settings around 90 FPS.
After graphics patch.......
map loading times x3, now maps take between 2 and 4 minutes to load, random stuttering here and there. Earth like planet FS aaround 45 fps.
Overall, not impressed with the latest patch.
The stupidity speaks by itself
i7 4790k stock clock
GTX 1080ti no OC
z97-deluxe mobo
2x 8GB ddr3 2133Mhz
run the game off: westerndigital 1T HDD WD1003FZEX-00MK2A0
Windows 7 Runs on: Kingston PCIe SHPM2280P2H 240GB
All 3 stock fans (cpu, front, back)
runs 60c CPU and 60C GPU
I dont need to OC due to my monitor only being 60Hz atm. but i run on:
2560 X 1440 Resolution (my monitor can go 3840X2160 but yeah it goes around 40fps on that.)
All High settings maxed out on everything (gras and all.)
Made a world with high flora on easy planet. Constant 60fps.
took about 15secs to load a game from scratch.
Dont make me get my potato computer out!
