Report a translation problem
Just in case look at the terminal page of the vent, it will give you more information about its status (lower right corner of terminal page).
Also ruled out there not being enough power
If that does not help I am out of idears unfortunately.

Well one green light means they want to presurize the room - but there isnt enough air to do so - so maybe the air tanks themselves are either off or are set to stockpile or empty , Also check the o2 gen - it might be off as well.
also the idea with placing oxy gen filled with ice and with attached air vent to its side port will tell you if its the conveyor thing or somth else,
Too old dead discussions get locked because the game is not the same at all now and to avoid community reports about "Necroing old".
