Yes, you can put productivity modules on it, and requires more power.
Is the complaint actually mining a LOT of ore and having a backlog? Then build more refineries and more productivity modules.
Is the complaint while refining uranium and platinum? These take longer to refine than the rest of the ores. Again, productivity modules will help but it is still going to require patience.
If your are just too impatient, there are at least two other solutions: Find a mod to instantly refine ore, or find the ore-to-ingot ratio and space-master cut ore and paste ingots just to save time on a solar powered refinery system.
There is no point in building multiple refineries or even using the moduals when I can have an entire cargo of ore refined in just a few mins.
Hell havlf the time its done before I can come back with more ore
